By sharing a Moment with ARIENVO, you agree to the following:
1. Share only what you have the right to share.
You must own the photo and story you submit, or otherwise have permission to submit and display them. If other identifiable people appear in your photo, you should have appropriate permission to share the image.
2. Keep Moments respectful and lawful.
Do not submit content that is illegal, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, harassing, exploitative, intentionally deceptive, or designed primarily as spam or advertising.
3. Protect privacy.
Do not include passwords, financial information, government identification numbers, private addresses, medical records, or other highly sensitive personal information.
4. Every submission is reviewed.
Submission does not guarantee publication. ARIENVO may approve, reject, decline to publish, or later remove a Moment when necessary to protect the community, comply with law, or maintain the purpose of the Moments Wall.
5. Published Moments may be lightly formatted.
ARIENVO may resize, crop, compress, or format an approved photo and format submitted text as reasonably necessary to display the Moment on the ARIENVO website, without changing the intended meaning of your story.
6. You keep ownership.
You retain ownership of the photo and story you submit. ARIENVO receives only the limited permission described in the submission consent.
7. Website display only under this consent.
Submission under the standard Moments consent does not automatically give ARIENVO permission to use your Moment in paid advertising, commercial social-media campaigns, product advertising, or other unrelated marketing. We would seek separate permission for uses outside the Moments Community and ARIENVO website experience.
8. Removal requests are available.
If you want a published Moment removed, contact support@arienvo.com. We may ask for information needed to identify the relevant submission.
